Return & Exchange Policy

 

Please note that our Return & Exchange Policy applies only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not offer returns or exchanges for orders outside Saudi Arabia.

 

 

Threads are considered a natural part of the garment and are not regarded as manufacturing defects. Please trim loose threads carefully with scissors and avoid pulling them.

 

 Please note that slight color differences may occur due to lighting during photography.

 

 Returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

•  If the item received is different from the product displayed on the website.

• If the item arrives damaged upon delivery.

 

 

• Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours from the date of receiving the order.

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

•  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange process.
